I think That when a kid turns 17 and does a crime they should be charged as an Adult. a) Upon written motion of the prosecuting attorney filed at least eight days prior to the adjudicatory hearing and with reasonable notice to the juvenile, his or her counsel, and his or her parents, guardians or custodians, the court shall conduct a hearing to determine if juvenile jurisdiction should or must be waived and the proceeding transferred to the criminal jurisdiction of the court. Any motion filed in accordance with this section is to state, with particularity, the grounds for the requested transfer, including the grounds relied upon the set of this section, and the burden is upon the state to establish the grounds by clear and convincing evidence. Any hearing held under the provisions of this section is to be held within seven days of the filing of the motion for transfer unless it is continued for good cause. Just saying whe they turn 18 they get transferred to an adult crimmal justice.probable cause- The most well-known definition of probable cause is "a reasonable belief that a person has committed a crime".

adult- Meaning of Adult: Having arrived at maturity, or to full size and strength; matured; as, an adult person or plant; an adult ape; an adult age.

I am very sorry about the loved ones you have lost in the tragic we are going threw now. I just want to say if you need anything just tell me because even know we are not close all of us are family when tragic happens to are country. I governor had made a speech for all the family’s today. He said "The thing is all about the families now,". Also he said "It's honoring their loved ones who they lost and it's going to change their lives forever." If any of the family need the support we should support them and help them threw this tragic.

What rights do victims have?I think the victum has the right to go to court and press on it to get justice. Also I think they have the right to to take care of it theirself if they think they need to , and feel that they are in danger of losing their life.Another right they have is to decided to just walk away.
What can the congressman do to help? I think they can help by support them and giving to victum the help and justice they should get. Also I think they should help them out just to do the right thing and get justice when justice should be served.
What can I do? I think I can help by getting justice for the victum who should get. Also I could become a lawyer and help them out that way.

3-What can be done? What can you do? You can get help from others or get a personal trainer and they will put you on a diet and give you a work out. Or just go on a diet yourself.
